Contract Negotiations

Eshbach Consulting offers comprehensive negotiation expertise in two primary areas:

Regulatory Proceedings

In FERC proceedings, Eshbach can represent her client’s interests in proceedings addressing the client’s own filings or those initiated by other parties such as the CAISO. In BPA rate proceedings, Eshbach Consulting can represent BPA or work on behalf of a client representing BPA’s customers.

Working in tandem with the client and its legal team, Eshbach Consulting assists in:
