Eshbach is a results-oriented consultant with managerial, analytical and negotiation skills refined during a highly successful career in the electric utility industry spanning more than 25 years. She has had first-hand experience during the industry restructuring in California, from the establishment of the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), through the 2001 energy crisis, to the ongoing development of the CAISO’s Market Redesign and Technology Update program.
