Eshbach is a results-oriented consultant with managerial, analytical and negotiation skills refined during a highly successful career in the electric utility industry spanning more than 25 years. She has first-hand experience during the past decade with industry restructuring in California, from the establishment of the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), through the 2001 energy crisis and the bankruptcy and reorganization of PG&E, to the ongoing development of the CAISO’s Market Redesign and Technology Update program.
